Forced to install this app did not want it
Absolute garbage. App will not open. Immediately it tells me I am offline and need to connect to the internet. Get the same message on my wifi as I do on cell data. Just tried reinstalling the app 3 times. This sucks for me because I'm an event promoter. The website won't work on my phone on brave browser or chrome. I've missed out on sales because I couldn't log into my account. Not happy with this service. Only works for me on a desktop computer and I'm not bringing one with me to the club.

Scam. There are official instructions of how to refund a ticket but nothing on their website remotely resembles them
Really quick & easy to use
Don't waste your time with this app. I purchased tickets but can't get them to show up in the app. Waste of time. Stick to printing on paper. Good idea in theory, but total FAIL in reality.
Great app for contactless ticket check ins, however the app crashes (see: fatal error) if the device screen turns off with the camera function running, meaning you have to close out the entire app and load it up again from the beginning to get the app running properly again
